CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, canceled the same day, or missed without notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and may incur a 25% cancellation fee. Deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the scheduled appointment. In the event of an emergency, deposit transfers may be considered at the sole discretion of the provider. As a courtesy, a 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Arrivals beyond this timeframe may result in the appointment being shortened or respectfully canceled to maintain the integrity of the schedule. If an appointment is canceled due to late arrival, a 25% cancellation fee will apply. By booking an appointment, you authorize the card on file to be charged for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees and confirm acknowledgment and acceptance of this policy.
